Can the search package be used with media?

eg.
I want to apply some description and keywords to media, and develope a "media bank" with search funtionality.

If you mean can you search multimedia then not currently. However Niels posted item on Umbraco site regarding sponsering this development. I spoke to my boss about it he seemed interested becuase we had requirement. Unfortunately he is on holiday at the moment so thats on hold.
