Resets?
Sometimes my rss reader marks a Umbraco RSS feed unread. It only happends with feeds based on Umbraco afak. Doesn't matter if I use Sharpreader (fat client), netvibes (cool but slow) or newshutch (very dynamic) ..

Anyone know why?

Links
Sometimes the item links in the rss feed is wrong. They apparently use the link element. Is it anything with url char replacement that happends too early or..?

Jesper,

the read/unread has been posted on Yahoo a whjile ago too, so it is a bug I guess. Try upgrading the package.

I also think that there was a small bug in it where it let out the .aspx part which caused the links to break.

Check out the calendar with recurrence at my blog.

hehe true

Do you have the same behaviour with this forum? I have the behaviour with Niels' blog, but not with this forum (at least in Netvibes)

I guess you should notify them (the ownsers of the blogs you have the problem with) of the problem and tell them to upgrade
BTW: do you have the problem with my blog too?

It has happend a few times with this blog. It happens approx once a week with objects.dk, Niels, Kasper and perhaps not as often with this forums feed.

No I don't think that your blog has the same problem. ;)

Jesper

I have the same problem with the main RSS feed from the Umbraco website. Every other blog I subscribe to works fine, it's only the Umbraco one which has about 10 duplicates of old messages in it.

I think that it's the old rss package that causes the problem - but I'm not sure.

Kindly,

I have the same problem with the Google Reader and Umbraco.org's feed plus Per's feed on Objects.dk. So it very much seems like there's a bug somewhere in the package, unfortunately it's hard to debug someone elses site/feed.
