Hi - I just installed umbraco for the first time. From the Configuration Wizard I click "Browse Starter Kits" and then at Import Package I see 3 items I could download. When I click any of the download links I get the following error (IE 7):
Error
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?

Error: Invalid procedure call or argument
Yes No
Firefox also has an error - but I get no message.
How can I download and install a starter package?

Yes, same situation here. Source code has a http://?blabla linked to the onclick event, I guess that can't work.:(

Same here did you manage to solve the problem?
Server Error in '/' Application.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
