We love job posts on the forum, which is why we've created a special category for those. But you should be nice to potential applicants, which is why we require at least that:

1) Job offers are very welcome on this board, but anonymous posts and agents/head hunters are not accepted.
2) Include a company name and small project description. But the more is better - http://jobs.joelonsoftware.com/default.asp?pg=pgFAQ is a good place for inspiration on doing a job post.
3) All posts must be in English
4) Remember to mention where you're located and if you accept remote workers (umbraco is currently installed in more than 125 countries)
5) Make your post interesting - why are you interested in resources, what's your company's experience with umbraco. Add value, there's plenty of places on the web for boring and uninspiring job descriptions.
6) We're reserve the right to remove posts in this category without any notice

Any posts that doesn't comply with the above will be removed asap.

Cheers,
Niels / umbraco

Jeeeez, did I really start this :-)

Suggestion: A Job posting should also include complete contact information.

This to prevent that every job posting is followed by a lot of "here's my contact info" postings.

Kindly,

Jesper
