Hi,

Does anyone have experience with UK hosting providers? With which hosts have you successfully installed and used Umbraco?

Just looking for a recommendation. I have consulted http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Umbraco/FAQ#UK and seen the three providers there, but wondered if there were any (even out of those three) that you would recommend.

Do Umbraco users in the UK host their sites abroad?

Thanks

Hi, I use a VPS from eHosting.co.uk and it works very well. I've not tried running Umbraco on a shared host, but may well do one day - I be interested to hear from anyone has...

Any reason why it has to be in the UK? I host in the US because the current exchange rate has me laughing all the way to the bank.

I was hoping to get something up and running on a cheap plan, but if this doesn't work I will have to go down the VPS route.

Would you mind telling me who you use and what your experience with them has been like?
