XSLT 2.0 Options

Does Umbraco 3.0.5 supports XSLT 2.0 and XPATH 2.0 ? If yes have to go with that?

As far as I understand Umbraco is using the XML processors from Microsoft, and since the .NET framework 2.0 only supports XSLT 1.0 and Xpath 1.0 you should not expect any changes there.
