So, didn't know where to write this, so Misc should be the place I guess ;-)

Some of you read my blog and those could have read I do have a problem there.
I am using v3.0.3 with some addons: Doc2Form, RSS and Blog.
Problem is: I have a documenttype with 2 richtexts, each has its own tab.
On saving a document, sometimes both richtexts end up being empty, sometimes just 1 of them. Point is, content disappears on saving.
I've been digging through this for the last couple of days but can't seem to find the actual problem.....

Anyone here that has seen this behaviour before?
Anyone else has a clue of what might be wrong?

TIA,
PeterD

Unbelievable but I found the problem.
In my datatypes something was messed up. The rich-text editor was set to Textbox, however, when I edited a page, it DID show all the tinyMCE-buttons.
Now I fixed it, I also see the difference clearly, I do have a correct input-field now, which I didn't have before.
I was able to write text and use the buttons for markup and stuff though.
So, how weird was that.......my guess is that I probably missed a step while upgrading from 2.1.3 to 3.0.3........
Well, lets just hope no-one else encounters this problem. It gets quite frustrating to make quite long posts and see it disappeared after you saved the page. On the other hand, I found out a gem in Umbraco yesterday which is 'Rollback'.
Damn, why didn't I know that button was there earlier?

Anyways, I'm glad I solved it and thanx for the guys that tried to help me solve it.
Back to business now :)
