Setting up RSS feeds with the package is extremely simple:

1) Go into the Settings section of your Umbraco installation. There you should have a folder by the name "RSS feeds".

2) Right-click the folder, choose "Create".

3) Give it a name and click "Ok".

4) Expand the "Rss feeds" folder, or choose "Reload nodes" if it was allready expanded. (not sure if this step is necessary).

5) Click on the feed your created to see and set it's options.

6) Fill in the top information, and choose a source. Usually you want "Sub pages only", and pick the parent of the items you want in the feed.

7) Save it, and try loading the URL mentioned under the Information section.

You can play around with all the other setting if you want, but leave them as they are the first time you try to create a feed.
