Moving Media Around Options

When moving media around on the media section of the website i get and error appear on there and cannot move anthing without the error occuring and all media added seems to only save to the root.

Here is the error I receive when moving media (a jpg into a folder created)

The above happens within the media section of the site and also on the content area when trying to copy a node.

Complete long-shot... in the Media Types, does the 'folder' mediaType allow you to place an image or file below it?

If you mean media types in settings and creating a new media type then yes it does allow it

This is still a problem can anyone else replicate it? i have checked permissions im in the process of reloading v3.0.5 incase something went bang on the last upload???
