I Can't able to Publish and Preview Options

Hi

I create Hello World page by following instruction from one of the Forum Post after every thing is done i am trying to Preview It's throw me this Error:

Redirect Loop

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.

* Have you disabled or blocked cookies required by this site?
* NOTE: If accepting the site's cookies does not resolve the problem, it is likely a server configuration issue and not your computer.

Are you able to view the page without the preview? You can test that by pressing 'save and publish', select tab properties and click the link-to-page link.

The reason for this question is that the preview function requires that you are logged in and that you have a user context cookie set. If you don't have this cookie you'll not be able to view the page in preview...
