User cotrol is on page but is unvisible ?? Options

Hi

I;m using 3.0.3 version ...I create UC and it works ok BUT sometimes UC is not visible on page.
If I go to view page source I see that UC is rendered on page BUT it is not shown?!?

Did anybody have similar situation?
when I refresh a page the UC is finally show?

any idea?

Probably I found a reason...

in IE if I put that UC style is float it can lead to this , and If I out display : inline it is gone !?!
