change notifications email address from robot@umbraco.dk Options

How/where do i change the email address notifications come from. Currently when i add a notification to a page on the site and receive an email it comes from robot@umbraco.dk.

Idealy i would like this email address to relate back to the domain the site is on.

I'm sure its just a setting somewhere, but havent had much luck finding it.
Does anyone else know where it might be?

I believe that's set in the /config/umbracoSettings.config file. If it's not there, it's in the /web.config.
