Is there any way to get a list of unpublished pages within a site. Either that are not curently published at all or that have been changed since publication?

Are there any addons available that do it, or is it easy enough to query the database directly?

Of course, it could also be done in code, using the umbraco api. Docs at http://umbraco.org/apiDocs
