Problem in browsing umbraco application.. Options

Hi,
I have downloaded umbraco version v302.zip. Configured everything, IIS, SQL server etc..
When i try to browse default page its throwing an error "The resource cannot be found."

I opend the project in VS2005 and compiled. I am getting error "Could not create type 'umbraco.webservices.NodeService'.

Am I missing something? Can anyone help me? Very very urgent.
