Hey Guys,

I have started work on several umbraco related projects. The most promising of which is my client side code editor. The main reason being no one else seems to have produced a good one so this opens up other markets outside this user base.

I'm planning on releasing this firstly for umbraco. So i would like to get some feedback on features you feel would be useful. I would also like to get a beta testing group together (So please send a mail to michael dot hay at korelogic dot co dot uk).

Current Features I have already Developed:
-Syntax Highlighting (XML/CSS)
-Line Numbering
-Line Wrapping
-Line Highlighting

Planned Release Features:
-Find/Replace
-Block Comment
-T0DO's

Please let me know if you have any ideas. I'll be accepting 10 testers in around 10 days time.

Please note this will be a commercial product, very reasonably priced (we're talking less than a round of beer). Testers will of course receive a free version.

Expect release within 1 month.

Mike

Well, since you are taking suggestions, I would like to see type-ahead auto-completion or dropdowns of options. :op

I would assume that you are doing this for Templates, CSS, XSLT, and possibly Javascript?

None-the-less, it sounds interesting.
