I have been trying to add more icons to the tree but have failed so far, if I simply add new images to \umbraco\images\tree\umbraco directory, the dropdown won’t add them for me to pick.
Is this possible?

They are also listed in the database, you have to add them there also.

Uhm... but where are they then? I have openend up all tables I think are relevant but I cannot see a clear list... Do you mean that after I created a node I can change it's icon in the database?

Hi Marc!
try adding them to the folder:
\umbraco\images\umbraco
they should then appear automatically in the icon drop down. I never had to modify the database
I have found changing the icons really useful for showing end users what the different document types are. very useful feature

You are right, i was confused because the icons are in the database with their fullname ;)
I thought there was seperate table with icons ;)

The folder where to put the images is: umbraco/images/umbraco/ Cheers, Thomas
