I just created Google search control for google coop - HELP Options

I just created google search control for google co-op(http://www.google.com/coop/), but it have some problems with Umbraco and membercontrols. The problem is with form validation javascript: www.xna.pl - when you try to click on login(loguj) nothin will happen.
I don't know how to resolve problem with posting form and google search on this same page.:cry:

Ok - I just removed this control and now I have just link to google coop. This is sad but umbraco java script and google not working together.
