Getting Node Details using JavaScript Options

Hi,

I have a scenario, where i need to call a JavaScript function and return the node name and its URL. I am able to get the node id using the treepicker JavaScript function. Now using this node id, I want my JavaScript function return Node Name and its URL. Is there a way to achieve this by any means?
