The ImageGen is a very powerful tool. But I don't know if Im asking to much when I'm trying to make a background picture with text AND a background-color only for the text field?

I've searched the forum, but can't find the answer. Does anyone know whether it's possible or not? ... and if yes, how.

Thanks.

ImageGen can put text (any font, any size, any color) on top of an image for you, and pad the image with a background color to fill a specified size, if that's what you want. But if you want to put text inside a colored box, on top of an image, it won't do that.

Can you give a link to a mock up image like you're trying to create? Then I can be sure to give you the best answer.

cheers,
doug.

Hi Doug.

You've indeed given me the most qualified answer to my question. That was exactly my intention which I wasn't able to produce. And now I know why.

I'll just have to play on with the div's upon the background picture.

Thanks a lot.
