OK, thanks for he explanation, at least I know that this is the expected behaviour...

My I make a feature request?

Sorting of images into folder, would that be a hard thing to do with a multi-select drag'n'drop GUI?

Currently in the umbraco backend, you can only move one image/file at the time, which is really painful if you tries to organise a mess ; )

I thought that it might be easier to solve this in your wonderful application than with javascript in the umbraco backend...

Hi Thomas,

I have tried your wonderful application on two sites running Umbraco v2.x on .net 1.1. Everything works just great.

I would like to see Kalle's request too. That would be really nice

FYI: Multi-select drag'n'drop sorting have been added to the web UI of umbraco itself from the 23574 changeset (after v3 RC2) - also sorting alphabetically.

Jeeeez, did I really start this :-)

Niels! That sounds very nice! ; )

But I would love to see it in "Utilities" as well since it's easier to batch-upload / sort in the same application (if the performance is good, that is...)

For some reason, the versions aren't deleteing in my site, according to this (over direct db connection as ws doesn't work) I have 354 content items having 914 versions, 744 documents and 6950 proerties, when I click "Clear versions by number of items" it works for a while and then stops, when I do it by date I get:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Any ideas? The other aspects seem to work just fine...

OMG am I dumb...

@Niels: What is going on with the webservice project? Have you read the post on codeplex?

Thomas, who is publishing 1.4 tomorrow, which is the last version with this name (see this post).

Therefore that v3 has own webservices I wanted to use these webservices for the v3 profiles. But the webservices don't have the functionality I need. So you have to use "Umbraco v2 running .NET 2.0" as webservice version.

Try this and give a feedback.

Published version 1.4.1: Added a new filter for the logviewer. Now you can also filter for the logComment (implemented with LIKE '%%').

Hi Thomas;
I got an error:
"System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException:Timeout expired". Is there any way to set the timeout longer?

Thanks.

Try to add this to the connection string: "Connection Timeout=60" for one minute.
