What is the best solution? What is the common practice?
From the production I want a failover server and from the test too so I can test the failover structure.
Is there a way to get this easily done (automatically!) with umbraco?

So far I have only used a developing server and when the site is ready I move it to the real server (have never needed a failover server). I move the site manually by scripting the database using Microsoft SQL Server Database Publishing Wizard and then I move files using FTP.
