Prevent my code from changing from RTE automaticly in umbraco 2 Options

We have to change a big side here. On a few sides, there are popups with image and Text. This are floating divs. I changed this Javascriptcode to an elegante css code. But if we inserted it into RTE and Save it, RTE changes the html code, and it´s not working anymore!
How can i make ret not to change my code? Is there any way?
Please, No macros! That´s not practicable for all this different Text and images. :no:
