hey, thanks for the tip... you can't beat $5 for five licenses of anything :)

installation went pretty smoothly [thanks for the instructions :)]

before it is all said and done with, i may pop for the $99 unlimited agents...

so far the software works great and the feature set is nice! I recommend it highly...
