XSLT Editor throws alert: FAILURE[object Object] Options

In case anyone else bumps into this error again, here's what I had to do:

- Remove umbracoRedirect on top level node if you have one (I had)

I could then save the xslt again. Don't know the status of this bug (I'm using umbraco v3.0.3)

Ah, yes... the old "redirect on the first node" problem. The reason that this causes problems is that the compilation check when you save an XSLT is done against the first node in your site. The redirect causes problems in that situation.

It's a known issue, but I don't know if/when it might be addressed. Search codeplex and vote for it if it's there. If not, please add it so it doesn't get lost.

Ok Doug,

I will check that tonight at home and follow your suggestion of either voting or submitting.
If it hasn't been fixed yet, I might even get my hands dirty on solving this issue...
