Child nodes listed via xslt need republishing all the time Options

Site runs v.2.0.3. Xslt lists a set of 7 subnodes. 4 of these are listed every time, 3 must regularly be republished. Same document type. The 3 are found by the foreach-statement and empty spaces are presented, but not data. Republish children from the mother node and all come through with data. What is this?

It has happened to me on two sites that I know of. One or a couple of nodes consistently change back to unpublished state between startups on the server. It's very annoying and I don't have a clue as to what happens. Anyone else know?
