I think it hash to do with dash signs in the url names.

What do you mean by breaking?
If you get an error after posting, then the subject of the post is probably too hard for Umbraco to handle. Your post is allready saved though, so no need to reload the page or to post again.

If you mean code not showing: That is merely a lack of functionality of this forum. Code does get saved, but it is not displayed in the browser. If you look at the source-code of the page, then you would see the code being there.
