Why is the help button in the administration not working?

In my 2.1.3 installation it refers to this url: http://help.umbraco.org/help/contextHelp.aspx?language=da&level=Administrators&area=content&right=dashboard.aspx

But that url gives me a 400 error, what is wrong?

Hi !
Actually, it has been saying "Context sensitive help coming soon" since early 2004, My guess is that it just hasn't made it over to the new hosting provider...yet
But in the sense of providing useful info, it's true as Karl says - it has never worked...
...but it's a great feature that shouldn't be to hard to implement...
