I hear all the hip bar associations are into Danish CMS. Are you guys using Aptify or Umbraco on your site?

we will be using Umbraco for the next revamp for all of our sites - previously we wrote our own proprietary CMS and architecture under ASP .NET 1.1 for our current site and hacked up the Community Starter Kit for about 35+ section/division/specialty websites. we're testing, learning about umbraco under the hood and building macros and different types of logic/functionality right now but we'll probably wait to start porting everything over into Umbraco until the 3.0 release. actually probably the 3.1 release due to the ASP .NET 2.0 membership provider. we definitely will need that and I don't to roll our own membership provider to have there be compatibility issues and a ton of fixes to be done when the offical release occurs. but on the other hand, if Umbraco 3.1 is not out by the end of summer that could be a whole new ballgame...

Tom - it's a few months later, what's your stance on Aptify at this point?

I'm curious, because Aptify is on our shortlist of candidates for replacing our current AMS/MMS and your comments certainly leave me with some reservations regarding Aptify.

Also, who else did you consider when you switched from iMIS?

Many thanks,

Todd Lockhart
