Hi there,

I've got a functional requirement for my project that I'm not sure Umbraco can address in a few clicks...

In the admin interface, I have removed all rights to a certain user on the home node, and then re-assign "create" - "update" rights to some sub-content.
This works fine, even better as expected actually, as the user don't see the rest of the tree, only the nodes he/she can edit.

My problem is that I want this user to be able to create a link to a content he doesn't have the right to edit. In the link popup, the "browse content" tree filters out the nodes this user is not allowed to edit. Probably we're missing a "View" right in the permission settings to allow a user to be able to select a node from the link popup, but maybe i'm missing something. Any suggestion ?
