Here's another tool that some of you have found already, whilst others wonder if it exists ;)
Cache Manager is a free utility from where you can view everything that's currently cached in your .Net Cache, and it's super-simple to install:
Copy a .dll file to bin and add one line to web.config.
You're able to remove single assemblies or flush the entire cache just by clicking a button...
If you know that you want this - go get it!
If you don't know what good it will make you - remember this until the day you an urge to wipe the ASP.Net Cache...
