I have installed Umbraco for a friend of mine and she tried to use the "publish at" feature to make articles appear in the future. However, she told me that some articles where completely deleted by the system. They were not just unpublished, they were completely gone from the content tree.
Can you tell me how to trace this behaviour? Unfortunately, I don't have any other information from her other that the nodes are gone.
I really hope logs are being stored somewhere. :(

Are the delete nodes in the Recycle Bin? If so you can move them back into the content tree.

I'm running Umbraco 2.1.6, where can I find the recycle bin?

The Recycle Bin in the content section is a new feature to umbraco v3.x. cheers, doug.
