I think (but don't recall 100%) that there's a configuration setting in the umbraco settings .xml/.config file for showing that message or just waiting. What version of umbraco? cheers, doug.

I'm using v2.1.4 and it happens a lot lately for no reason. I republish the home page and it fixes it maybe after 4 or 5 times. It's very random and very annoying. I would like to know why this happens.

Sometimes when I republish the root node to fix this problem I get the following error.
The node to be inserted is from a different document context.
Any idea what that means?
