Hi!

I tried a month ago to get in contact with the umbraco core team using the contact form for possible hire of their resources, but haven't received any reply.

We have a problem with the rich text editor and styles not functioning as they should, our own created styles are showing up to choose from in the listbox, but the actions doesn't work.

We have been looking for a solution on the forums and also tried posting a question on the forum. My main function is not as an web developer and basically I can't spend any more time looking for a solution.

We are running Umbraco 3.05 and SQL Express installation on an Windows 2003 Server R2, also functioning as domain controller, file and print server.

So my question is, is it possibly to hire someone from the core team to take a look at our installation using Remote Desktop access to our server?

Since the server also has other functions, I not too happy to let anyone have access to the server outside of the core umbraco team or someone that has other high credentials.

Best regards

Hi Niels!

Since it was awhile ago, I’am not sure which one I used. Maybe it was this one.

http://umbraco.org/about/contact/umbracoPro

The only thing I remember was that there was a thread in the forum and someone else wrote about getting in contact with the Umbraco team and recommended using the contact form. I think you were away in another country at the time, Australia or the States I not sure.

On more think I remember is receiving "Thank you" after sending it.

Any thoughts about my question?

Best regards
Max

Hi!!!

I didin't get any response so I finally got some time to track down the issues we were having.

It works now so if someone could delete this thread, I would be grateful.

EDIT: Changed the subject to solved.

Best regards
Max
