Hi All,

I am expanding my business and though I just LOVE working in umbraco and learning new technology, I can't do it all and still service my clients!

I am interested in getting to know reliable, innovative, smart, cool umbracoholics (in other words - all of you fabulous people!) who are interested in being on my short list for some more-or-less "advanced" umbraco programming projects.

Think external systems integration.
Think .Net user control development.
Think XSLT jujitsu.

I don't have a ton of projects ready to go right now, I am preparing for the future. What I'd like is to touch base with interested developers, get to know what you are GREAT at, and, when projects arise, be able to get quick proposals/quotes for those projects.

You:
- Fluent in English (clear communication)
- Live anywhere in the world and inhabit virtual space :-)
- Passionate about umbraco's potential, especially when using its strengths and linking seamlessly to other systems with different strengths.
- Able to give good hard project quotes (aka stay in budget and promised timeframe)
- Clever enough to take a desire, figure out the best way to implement it and program it efficiently

If interested, please send a note to me - heather (at) floydinnovations dot com and include the following:

- Your timezone
- Your contact info (best way to communicate with you)
- Your website(s)/blog - if you have
- Your greatest umbraco strengths
- A few examples of umbraco coolness you've implemented (a brief description of the problem and how you solved it is perfect)

Once I've got my list of developers, actual projects will be emailed directly as mini RFPs, so even if you might have intermitent availability, if this interests you, please let me know!

I can't wait to hear from you!

Heather
