dashboard usercontrol with richtext Options

I'm trying to create a dashboard-control that has a richtext on it, but so far, I didn't succeed yet.
Anyone who has done that yet or anyone can point me in the right direction?

Couldn't you just add your own instance of TinyMCE to your control?
There's a basic setup guide here:
TinyMCE: Installation

You'll just need to reference the TinyMCE files under "umbraco_client".
