We're not sure what caused this, but we've noticed that all the links generated by the blog package and "Link to document" Page properties link are now missing their .aspx extension.

All I can think of that we've changed is to switch from the default Rich text editor to TinyMCE.

Can anyone think of a reason why this might be happening?

Thanks,

Colm

Hi!
In web.config There's a setting about directory or folder mode that is used to remove the extension. For this to work you'll need to activate wildcard mapping in IIS as well.

If you don't want flat urls make the setting in web.config is disabled and them republish the entire site. It might even be necessary to first unpublish and then republish all content again...

That was it. Thanks Kalpa. We definitely didn't change that so it's a nasty little bug if you don't know about that setting.
