Hi everybody,
Is it possible in umbraco to have lets say bloggers on your website. So if i have a blogger that i want to only have access to update and create subnodes to a specific node, is that possible?

Yes, this is easy in Umbraco.
When you select a user, there is an option to select the "Start Node in Content", you can also select which modules they can access (Content should be on, for example), but you can also limit access to other modules, like Media, or Members, for example)
